CUTHBERT, Ga. -- The Andrew College men's basketball team overcame a seven point halftime deficit and knocked off 1st place Central Ga. Tech 86-81 at the Jinks Gymnasium on Wednesday night, behind sophomore Keith Littles season-high 41 points. Littles was 15 of 21 from the field, including 7 of 11 from three, and added 6 assists on the night.
Jordan Booker and Jermaine Glover both notched double-doubles, with Booker tossing in 18 points and dealing out 10 assists, while also snatching a game-high 7 steals, and Glover added 14 points and 11 rebounds, while posting a game-high 3 blocks.
The win puts the Tigers in a solid spot for the 5th seed in the upcoming GCAA Region 17 Playoffs, that start on March 3 , and ran their record to 19-9 overall on the season.
The Tigers host their final regular season game on Saturday in the Jinks Gymnasium against Southern Crescent Tech. Tip off is 3:00 pm.
