CUTHBERT, Ga. -- The Andrew College men's basketball team, kept their undefeated record intact on Saturday in the Jinks Gymnasium, knocking off Florida Gateway College 75-65, to improve to 3-0 on the season.
Jalin Wimberly again led the Tigers, pouring in 22 points and adding 6 rebounds, both Moses Jones and Solomon Hall came off the bench to provide a huge spark, with Hall picking up a double-double, with 14 points and 10 boards, while Jones pumped in 16 points, and Marcus Kirkland added 10 rebounds of his own, along with 7 points.
The Tigers will up the ante this coming weekend, taking on a pair of heavyweights in Douglas, GA at South Georgia State, where Friday night they will take on State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota, then Denmark Tech (SC) on Saturday.
