Volleyball Wins back-to-back in Tri-Match
Cuthbert, Ga- The Andrew College Fighting Tigers Volleyball team had a Tri-Match with Trinity Baptist College and Trinity College (FL).
In the first match for Andrew, they faced Trinity Baptist College for the first time this season. Andrew and Trinity Baptist went to four sets. The Fighting Tigers won the first set, lost the second set then pulled away offensively winning the third and fourth sets of scores of 25-17 & 25-20.
Then the second match of the day was against Trinity College (FL). Andrew and Trinity College have played once before back on September 19th at Andrew College where the Fighting Tigers pulled off a five-set thriller home win. This time around the Fighting Tigers were all business as they swept Trinity College (FL) in three sets.
The next match for the Fighting Tigers will be on November 2nd at 11am EST time for the first round of the Region 10 Division 1 tournament located at USC Sumter, SC
Andrew College is a NJCAA Div 1 institution located in Cuthbert, GA. The Fighting Tigers sponsor 15 sports and compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association and in the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association.
