Cuthbert, Ga- Tri-match Pensacola Christian Summary

Andrew College this weekend traveled to go play in a couple of matches at Pensacola Christian College.

On Friday night the Fighting Tigers played Pensacola but sadly dropped three straight sets to them. The second set was the closest set of them all with Andrew forcing Pensacola to go to extra points with a final in that set of 26-24.

While on Saturday the Tigers did play Pensacola again and Andrew tried their best to turn it around in a very short window, but they gave it all they had and lost to them again. The second set again was the best one getting Pensacola on their toes.

The Second game they played yesterday was against Toccoa Falls College. Andrew was very consistent in this match against Toccoa Falls. The Fighting Tigers did keep it close in the first two sets but just ran out of energy in the third set. Toccoa did win this match against the Tigers by a score of three sets to none.

The next match for the Fighting Tigers will be at 6:00pm EST on Monday 10/7/2024 against Coastal Alabama- North located in Brewton, AL.

Andrew College is a NJCAA Div 1 institution located in Cuthbert, GA. The Fighting Tigers sponsor 15 sports and compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association and in the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association.
