Volleyball @ the Region Tournament

SPARTANBURG, SC - The Lady Tigers will be headed to South Carolina today to participate in the Region Tournament at Spartanburg Methodist College.

Going into this tournament, freshmen Ava Dickens and Ellie Brannon lead the team in kills with 154 and 143, respectively. Freshman setter Jordynn Allen currently has more than 500 assists on the year. Sophomore Skylar Paul has more than 330 digs on the back row.

Head Coach Cara Tafoya stated, "I am proud of the growth each of my players have shown on and off the court this year. These players have stepped up and gone above and beyond all season long. They've played through illnesses and injuries. It's a young team, a young program, but they've given it their all. At the end of the day, that is all that matters! Looking forward to showing everyone what we can achieve this weekend!"

Looking to add another win in their win column, the Lady Tigers will be taking on USC Sumter in Game 1 of the Region Tournament.
