Volleyball Headed to Florida!

The Lady Tigers are on the road to Florida this weekend to compete in the Bobcat Invitational hosted by Pasco-Hernando State College!

Despite some early struggles, the Lady Tigers fought for their first win of the year last weekend against Cleveland State! Freshmen Ava Dickens and Sierra Simpkins currently lead the team in kills with 32 and 27 respectively. Skylar Paul has accumulated a total of 13 services aces for the year with over 153 service receptions on the backrow. Freshmen Jordynn Allen and Katelyn Brannan both have 40+ assists on the year so far.

Going into this weekend, the Lady Tigers are excited and ready to put some more Ws in their win column! Head Coach Cara Tafoya stated that "this team has so much potential and in every game, we've grown together. I'm looking forward to seeing what the rest of the season has in store for us!"

The Lady Tigers will be back home next Tuesday against Point University JV at 6pm!
