Gordon State takes one from Fighting Tigers

Cuthbert, Ga- Women's Soccer drop one to Gordon State

The Andrew College Fighting Tigers faced off against Gordon State.

This afternoon, Andrew was a little short on players in the match today as they only had 11 as they were just enough to start the game.

Gordon State was very aggressive offensively from the start as within a few minutes of it starting they scored their first goal. Gordon also kept the foot on the gas pedal scoring a total of five goals in the first half making a score of 5-0 at halftime.

Andrew at the half did switch goalies but that did not slow down Gordon State. They went and scored another five goals to end the game with an ending score of 10-0.

The next match for the Fighting Tigers will begin at 6:00pm EST on Saturday 10/12/2024 against Gordon State located in Barnesville, GA.

Andrew College is a NJCAA Div 1 institution located in Cuthbert, GA. The Fighting Tigers sponsor 15 sports and compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association and in the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association.
