On Saturday at Jinks gymnasium, the Fighting Tigers brought home the win in the regular season finale. The Tigers beat Southern Crescent by the score of 64-47. The day began with a celebration on the team's two sophomores Ronni Harper and TaShay Gay. Ronni has played for the Fighting Tigers one year after transferring from Tallahassee Community College and TaShay has been with the team for her college career.
Leading scores in the win were TaShay Gay who went out in style at her last home game with 13 points and 7 rebounds, Ronni followed suit with 10 points, 9 rebounds and 3 block. Freshmen Braniya Baker had 9 points, 5 rebounds and 3 steals and Trista Bennett added 8 points and 8 rebounds and 5 assists.
