Women's Basketball Ready for 2nd Half of Season & Conference Play
Cuthbert, Ga- Women's Basketball Start 2nd Half of Season at Home
The Lady Fighting Tigers are ready to start the second half of the season at home vs the East Georgia State College Bobcats.
East Georgia State and Andrew last year played twice last year at both of their respected home courts. The Bobcats did win both games.
This year East Georgia State is currently sitting on a 5-4 record with winning there last three games in a row. There previous game was against Denmark Technical College, winning that game with a score of 103 to 56. The Bobcats are currently being led by a Forward #10 Charlese McClendon as she is averaging 12.6 points per game and 10.6 rebounds per game.
Andrew is currently sitting on a 3-10 record going into conference play and having their last two games cancelled or postponed due to weather conditions. Their last game that the Fighting Tigers played was on December 13th against Chattahoochee Valley Community College as the Fighting Tigers fell at home.
The Fighting Tigers are looking to stop the Bobcats win streak and to start conference play 1-0 at home in the Jinks Gymnasium.
Tipoff for the Fighting Tigers will be at home vs East Georgia State College in the Jinks Gymnasium located in Cuthbert, GA on January 13th at 5:30pm EST.
