Cuthbert, Ga- Men's Soccer falls At Oxford College of Emory University

The Andrew College Fighting Tigers went on the road to face Oxford College of Emory University Eagles.

The first time these two teams played each other Oxford won the match with a score of 4-1.

The second time Oxford was aggressive right from the start. In the first half the Eagles scored three goals and forced Andrew to play defense for most of the half.

While in the second half the Eagles kept pushing the ball offensively and scored another three goals, making it a total of six goals. The Fighting Tigers did their best to try and get a few shots past the goalie of Oxford, but their defense was just too good tonight.

Oxford did end up wining the match with a final score of 6-0.

The next game for the Fighting Tigers will begin at 6:30pm EST on Tuesday 10/22/2024 at Georgia Military College for the GCAA Playoff Semifinal match.
