Cuthbert, Ga- GMC Bulldogs have 2nd half Boost over Andrew
The Andrew College Fighting Tigers faced each other for the second time this year.
The Fighting Tigers in the first half were just short of amazing this afternoon. Andrew's Head Coach Ryan Ash and his team did a fantastic job on the defensive side of the ball. The goalie Christian Leitzell had some great saves but other players on Andrew also put their bodies on the line to stop Georgia Military's offense.
Late in the half the Bulldogs did score a goal and ended the half with a 1-0 lead.
In the second half the Tigers defense was still giving the Bulldogs problems, but then Georgia Military in the last twenty minutes scored three more goals to make it a final score of four to zero.
The next game for the Fighting Tigers will begin at 7:00pm EST on Saturday 10/19/2024 at Oxford College of Emory University located in Oxford, GA.
Andrew College is a NJCAA Div 1 institution located in Cuthbert, GA. The Fighting Tigers sponsor 15 sports and compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association and in the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association.
