Football Falls at Central Georgia Tech. College

Cuthbert, Ga- Football Falls to Central Georgia Tech.

Andrew College Football went on the road to face Central Georgia Tech College.

The Fighting Tigers struggled offensively throughout the entire game as quarterback Jessie Carver III had four interceptions and MJ Spurlin also had a fumble and lost the recovery as well. At the end of the first half Andrew was down 15 to zero. Then in the second half the offense scored and touchdown and got a successful two-point conversion to make the score 15-8 in the fourth quarter.

 The defense for the Fighting Tigers after making some adjustments held Central Georgia to no points in the second half with credit by the defensive line having multiple players with sacks on Central's quarterback and even had an interception by Jaydan Walker.

The next match for the Fighting Tigers will be at 1:00pm EST on Saturday 10/19/2024 against Georgia Military Academy playing at Davenport Field located in Milledgeville, GA.

Andrew College is a NJCAA Div 1 institution located in Cuthbert, GA. The Fighting Tigers sponsor 15 sports and compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association and in the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association.
