Andrew College Adds Intercollegiate Archery

Cuthbert, Ga. – Andrew College President Dr. William R. Kennedy has announced the addition of an intercollegiate Archery program at Andrew College.

Todd Cliett has been named the Coach for the inaugural season.

Cliett started his career in Bow hunting before transitioning to Archery through the local 4-H program where he became a certified Archery coach. In 2010, his Archery Team won the National Championship in the National 4-H Shooting Sports competition in Kerrville, Texas by finishing 1st in Field Archery, FITA, and placing 2nd in 3D shooting.

Coach Cliett and his wife started a Junior Olympic Archery Development Club in Terrell County, GA where he has coached archers who have competed throughout the country and overseas. These archers have won numerous local, state, and national events, including having archers ranked nationally in the top 10 of their division.

Currently, Coach Cliett serves as a State 4-H trainer for other coaches and as a USA Archery Judge.
