Robert L. Sales enters his first year at Andrew College as the Associate Director of Sports Medicine.

Prior to his time in Cuthbert, Sales joined the Fighting Tigers staff after previously serving as the athletic trainer at Morgan State University. He was responsible for performing patient evaluations while coordinating and implementing appropriate rehabilitation plans. He also provided medical coverage for the football, basketball, softball and track and field programs.

Sales also served as an associate athletic trainer at Morgan State University and Delaware State University. He is a National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification (NATABOC) certified athletic trainer, licensed in the state of Georgia, and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and the Southeastern Athletic Trainers’ Association.

Sales is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He later attended Life University, where he earned a master’s degree in athletic training. Sales, a native of Coot Quarter, Georgia, also served as the athletic trainer for the football program at Kennesaw State University from 2017-18. Sales is excited to begin his new role with Andrew College as the associate director of sports medicine.
