Basketball Celebrates Sophomores

The Andrew College Men's and Women's basketball teams wil celebrate Sophmores on Saturday as they face Georgia Highlands in the last regular season game at home. The Men will honor two sophomores Rashod Rouse and Trey Crawford. Rouse, a guard from Fayetteville, Georgia, leads the Tigers in scoring at 14.2 and steals at 2.3 spg. Crawford, a Team Captain, is averaging 6.2 ppg and 5.4 rpg and over a block per game. "I wish the very best to these two student athletes and to their futures at the next level. Each of them play with great passion and love for the game. Looking forward to great things for them in their futures. ." stated Coach Skortz Another Sophomore that will be honored is student manager Haylie Poole. "I can't give enough thanks to what she has meant to our program from filming, running the clock, handling game day responsibilities and just giving us great support. She will be missed." commented Head Coach Brian Skortz. 

The women will tip off at 1:00 PM and the men will follow at 3:00 PM.
