Lady Tigers Roar Back; Beat Huntingdon JV 3-1

CUTHBERT, Ga. -- After a slow start and dropping the 1st set 21-25, the Lady Fighting Tigers flipped a switch and came back to knock off the visiting Lady Hawks of Huntingdon College JV 25-19, 25-16, 25-22 in the Jinks Gymnasium on Tuesday night.

Alexis Allison and Macie Kirby paced the Tiger attack with 7 kills each, while Hannah Messick chipped in with 6 kills, 3 assists, and 3 digs. Taylor Barnes added 5 kills and 7 digs, Tavoshia Cosby chipped in 3 kills and 2 digs, Gianna Basulto had 2 kills, Kristen Moore had 1 kill and 4 digs and Sam Hinds put up 26 assists.

The Lady Tigers travel to Florida Gateway College in Lake City, Fla. next Tuesday for a 7:00 pm match.
