The Fighting tigers welcome Alondra Quintero to Andrew College!

CUTHBERT, Ga. -- Alondra Quintero is now an Andrew Fighting Tiger!  Alondra signed with Andrew College on Thursday, March 3, 2016, at Dalton High School.  She was celebrated by her family, teammates, and coaches.

Alondra is a 5'2" Defensive Specialist and Libero.  She plays club volleyball for Champion Force Elite.  Coach Rountree says that while Alondra is short is stature, she is big in presence on the court.  "Alondra brings high energy and enthusiastic leadership to the volleyball court.  She is contagious to the players around her."

In addition to signing to play volleyball for Andrew, Alondra competed for, and was awarded, one of two Margaret Adger Pitts Scholarships.  Two Pitts Scholarships are awarded each year to deserving freshman.  These are full academic scholarships covering room, board, and tuition.  Andrew Volleyball is excited to say that the second Pitts Scholarship was awarded to another volleyball signee, Kristen Moore.
