Lady Tigers Roll Over Faulkner JV 95-57; Mitchell Pours In 24 Points

CUTHBERT, Ga. -- The Andrew College Women's Basketball team unleashed a barrage of offense on Tuesday night in the Jinks Gymnasium, beating Faulkner JV (AL) 95-57 behind three Lady Tigers with over 20 points, another double digit scorer, and every player scoring, to pick up their 4th win of the year. 

Jacelyn Mitchell led the Tiger attack, picking up her first double-double of the year, pouring in 24 points and grabbing 10 rebounds, Ja'Mya Johnson pumped in 23 points while dishing out 8 assists, Taliah Wesley dropped 20 points and snagged 10 boards for her fourth double-double of the year, while also dealing out 8 assists and leading the game with 6 steals, Kashanti Marshall came off the bench to toss in 11 points, and pulled down 8 rebounds, and Alayasia Dixon chipped in 8 points, a game-high 11 rebounds, had 5 steals and a pair of blocks. 

Andrew steps back into Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA) play, taking on Albany Tech in the Jinks Gymnasium on Saturday. Tip off is 1:00 pm.
