Lady Tigers Beat Enterprise State (AL) 79-67; Wesley Goes For 30 Points

CUTHBERT, Ga. -- The Andrew College Women's Basketball team opened their 2021-22 season with a resounding 79-67 win over Enterprise State CC (AL) on Monday night in the Jinks Gymnasium behind super sophomore Taliah Wesley's 30 points and 10 rebounds. Head Coach Cayla Moore's squad forced a whopping 32 turnovers and shot 43% from the field in the win.

Wesley added 5 assists and 1 steal besides her 30 points and 10 boards, Jamaya Johnson scored 14 points along with 3 assists, Charmaine Folson came off the bench to add 10 points and 4 rebounds, Kashanti Marshall tallied 6 points, 5 steals, and 3 rebounds, Serai Johnson chipped in 5 points, 5 assists, and 5 steals, and Jacelyn Mitchell added 9 boards, a pair of steals and 4 points, as the Lady Tigers ran their season record to 1-0 on the young season.

Andrew travels to Wadley, AL on Wednesday, taking on Southern Union CC (AL) at 6:30 pm.
