Playoff Bound!

CUTHBERT, Ga. -- With one game to go in the regular season, the Andrew College women's basketball team has locked up the #5 seed in the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA) playoffs, and will travel to #4 seed Albany Technical College next Tuesday for the 1st round match up. Tip off is at 6:00 pm.

The Lady Tigers, under first year Head Coach Cayla Moore, have a pair of double digit scorers in Dawniqua Snead and Taylor Riggins, with Snead averaging 11.8 ppg, good for 11th in the GCAA, and Riggins averaging 10.0 ppg. Destiny Reed is the Tigers leading rebounder, averaging 7.7 rpg, good for 8th in the GCAA, as well as 3rd in the GCAA in field goal percentage at 50%. Alexis Powell leads the team in assists with 2.3 apg. L'Trinity Eubanks is 4th in the GCAA in free throw percentage at 73%, while Riggins is 7th with 71%.
