Parris Passes 500 Career Points; Lady Tigers Throttle Central Ga. Tech 79-45
CUTHBERT, Ga. -- Patra Parris led the Lady Fighting Tigers with 19 points, while Toddrianna Isler posted her tenth double-double, 17 points and 13 rebounds, Santasia Faust her seventh double-double, 15 points and 13 boards, Tynicia McCoy added 13 points, and Nylia Perry dished out a whopping 12 assists, as the Tigers rolled over Central Georgia Tech 79-45 at the Jinks Gymnasium on Wednesday night. Melia Jones came off the bench to score 6 points.
Parris surpassed the 500th career point total mid way through the fourth quarter. She joins McCoy on the 500 point list, McCoy having passed the mark earlier in the year.
Also, Head Coach Courtney Pritchett's squad set the record for a single season win total with their 12th win of the year.
The Tigers retun to the Jinks Gymnasium Staurday for a big GCAA battle with Chattahoochee Tech at 2:00 pm.
