Lady Tigers Outlast Faulkner University JV 82-73
CUTHBERT, Ga. -- Patra Parris poured in 22 points, Tynicia McCoy added 20 points, Toddrianna Isler posted her 5th double-double, with 14 boards and 15 points, and Santasia Faust recorded her 2nd double-double, scoring 13 points and pulling down 13 rebounds, as the Lady Fighting Tigers posted their second win this week over the Faulkner University JV at the Jinks Gymnasium on Saturday afternoon, 82-73.
Nylia Perry scored 7 points, all at the free-throw line to seal the win, and Melia Jones came off the bench to chip in 5 points. McCoy also had 8 boards, Parris had 5, and Faust had a game-high 4 steals, as the Tigers ran their record to 6-5 overall.
McCoy was honored after the game for recording her 500th career collegiate point
The Lady Tigers get back into GCAA play next week, traveling to Central Georgia Tech for a 6:00 pm match up in Warner Robbins on Tuesday.
