Lady Tigers Fall In Final Seconds
HANCEVILLE, Ala. -- Entering the 4th quarter tied at 56, and holding a two point lead with 2.9 seconds left, the Andrew College Lady Fighting Tigers dropped a 73-72 decision to Wallace State-Hanceville, when the Lady Lions knocked down a three from the top of the arc, on Friday night.
Tynicia McCoy led all scorers with 24 points, with Toddrianna Isler adding 14 points, Santasia Faust chipping in 12 points, and Nylia Perry rounding out the Tigers in double figures with 10 points. Faust and Isler led the Tigers on the boards with 9 rebounds each, and Patra Parris added 7 rebounds.
The Lady Tigers take their 1-1 record to Boaz, AL on Saturday, to take on Snead State CC at 3:00 pm.
