Andrew Softball Knocks Off Enterprise State (AL) 7-4

PANAMA CITY, Fla. -- The Andrew College softball team jumped on Enterprise State C.C (AL) with 3 runs in the bottom of the 1st inning, watched the Lady Bowevils rally for 4 runs in the top of the 3rd inning, then stormed back with a pair of runs in the bottom of the 3rd and 4th innings , and held on for a 7-4 win in Panama City, FL on Thursday.

Left fielder Devin Foster led the Lady Tigers attack, going 2 for 4, with a double, a pair of runs scored, and 3 RBI, Emily Phillips doubled in a pair of runs, Sarah Culp and Brianna Neese each singled in a run, and Hailey Stovall doubled and scored twice in the win. Dale Elmore tossed a complete game, scattering 10 hits and striking out 4, to pick up her 2nd win of the season.

The Tigers are back at the Hord Athletic Complex on Tuesday for a doubleheader versus Central Alabama C.C. First game starts at 1:00 pm.
