Andrew Golf Finishes 5th; Landahl Records 1st All-Tournament Selection

GULFPORT, Miss. -- The Andrew College Men's Golf team continued their stellar play in the third round of the 21st Annual Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College Fall Invitational to post a team score of 320-307-308=953(+71), climbing one spot to finish all alone in 5th place over the 6,659 yd. Par 72 Windance Golf Course in Gulfport, MS on Tuesday. The back to back Top 5 finishes has the Tigers with solid momentum as they head into their last tournament in two weeks.

Linus Landahl blistered the Blue Course with a 71(-1) in round three to shoot 74-76-71=221(+5) vaulting six places on the individual leaderboard, to finish T4th, good for his first collegiate All-Tournament selection. Jonathan Stern carded a 75-75-79=229(+13) finishing T19th in the 56 player field, Oscar Petitjean shot 86-76-77=239(+23), climbing five spots to finish 30th, Burke Rawlinson signed for an 85-80-84=249(+33), and Gabriel Johnston finished with an 86-85-81=252(+36) to round out the Tiger scoring. 

The Tigers will finish their fall season at the 2022 Jefferson State Golf Tournament in Jasper, AL on November 7-8.
