Andrew Golf Opens Fall Season; Landahl Tied For 3rd

CULLMAN, Ala. -- The Andrew College Men's Golf team opened their fall season with a pair of rounds at the 2022 Dan York Memorial, shooting a 305-299=604(+11) over the Cross Creek Golf Course in Cullman, AL to sit in 9th place in a very strong 13-team field. The Tigers will finish tomorrow with 18 holes over the 6,500 yd. Par 72 course.

Linus Landahl fired a 70-72=142(-2) to finish T3rd, 4 shots behind the leader Joe Pennington of Coastal Alabama CC, among a field of 73 individual competitors. Jonathan Stern climbed 15 spots on the leaderboard in round 2, carding a 76-70=146(+2), finishing in a T14th, Erik Berglund signed for a 78-79=157(+13), Burke Rawlinson shot an 82-78=160(+16), Oscar Petitjean scored an 80-80=160(+16) as an individual competitor, and  Gabriel Johnston added an 81-81=162(+18) to round out the Tiger scoring.
