Andrew Golf Finish Soggy, Shortened 2021 Trojan Invitational

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- The Andrew College Men's Golf team shot 318-319=637(+61) at the 2021 Trojan Invitational, after weather forced the cancellation of the second 18 holes on Monday, and Tuesday's round was played in a light drizzle. It was the second tournament of the Tigers fall season, and was hosted by Central Alabama Community College at the Lagoon Park Golf Club.

Emil Wallinder and Charlie Cooper paced the Tigers for the second tournament in a row, with Wallinder firing a 75-81=156(+12) and Cooper carding a 80-76=156(+12) to finish in a T46th. Gage Driskell shot 77-83=160(+16) and Burke Rawlinson signed for an 86-79=165(+21) to round out the Tiger scoring, as Jakob Modig was forced to withdraw on Monday after injuring his shoulder during the round.

The Tigers will play at the 2021 Calhoun Men's Fall Golf Invitational on October 18-19 at the Burning Tree Country Club in Decatur, AL
