Andrew Men's Golf Wraps Up Season in Region and District Championships

HELEN, Ga. -- Heavy rain forced the original two-day, Monday and Tuesday, 36 hole test, into an 18 hole sprint for the NJCAA Region 17 and District J Men's Golf Championships on Wednesday at the Innsbrook Resort and Golf Club. The Andrew College men's golf team shot 80-81-86-87=334(+46) to finish second in Region 17 and fifth in District J. 

Rasmus Konradsson again paced the Tigers, carding an 80(+8), good for a T6th, just missing an individual berth in the NJCAA Men's Golf National Championship by three strokes. It was the seventh time in eight tournaments that Konradsson has led the Tigers on the leaderboard. Logan Bracey followed with an 81(+9) to finish T8th, Anthony Whobrey shot 86(+14) to wind up T19th, and Tyler Erwin signed for a 87(+15) to round out the Tiger scoring.

The tournament finishes the Tiger 2017-18 season.
