Baseball Rallies to Knock Off Wallace-Dothan 12-4

CUTHBERT, Ga. -- The Andrew College baseball team erased an early 4-1 deficit on Saturday afternoon at the Hord Athletic Complex against Wallace State-Dothan (AL), taking advantage of six Governor errors and nine walks to post 8 runs over the final two innings, and cruise to the 12-4 win.

Starter Seth Crowe battled through 5 innings of work, exiting in the 6th inning, down 4-3. From there, Andrew Parr shut down the vaunted Dothan offense, allowing just 2 hits in 4.0 innings of work to pick up his 2nd win of the season. The Tiger offense cranked out 10 hits, led by Mitch Cowan's 2 for 3. with a double and 2 RBI, Kyle Kuramoto was 2 for 2 with a double and an RBI, Jack Hay went 2 for 4 with a pair of runs scored and an RBI, and Trevor Gruskza was 2 for 5 with a run scored, as the Tigers ran their season record to 13-10 on the year.

Andrew is back at the Hord Complex for a 1:00 doubleheader against Point University JV on Monday.
