Andrew College Baseball's Spring Season Starts Friday
CUTHBERT, Ga. -- Head Coach Blake Williams begins his 8th season at the helm of the Andrew College baseball team, opening on the road against Thomas University JV on Friday, then kicking off their home schedule at the Hord Athletic Complex on Monday, January 28th, with a double header against the same Thomas University JV, first game at 3:00 pm. The rugged 56-game schedule includes matchups against nationally-ranked teams from Alabama (Chattahoochee Valley CC & Wallace State – Dothan), and Florida (Gulf Coast State & St. Johns River), along with thirty Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA) games, to determine the four finalists for the NJCAA Region 17 Championship.
The Tigers have already gotten the attention of one national poll, coming in as the 50th ranked team in the National Junior College Athletic Association, and #2-ranked team in Georgia in The #JBB Division I Pre-Season Top 50- Presented by The Great Lakes Bat Co. The link to the poll is: HERE
