Aragon, Anderson Lead Sweep over Thomas University JV

CUTHBERT, Ga. -- The Tigers rode 6 innings of shutout pitching from Christian Aragon in a 7-0 victory in game one over the Thomas University JV, then Brett Anderson's two-run homer in the bottom of the 5th inning erased a 4-3 deficit in game two, as the Tigers rolled to a 10-4 win. 

Aragon struck out 4, and scattered 6 hits in game one, while Willie Thrower, Michael Branche, Jake McFarland, and Anderson each had a pair hits, as the Tigers posted their 1st shutout of the season.

The Tigers erupted for 6 runs in the 5th inning, led by Anderson's line -drive over the left field wall, while Mike Warren and Cary Holloway each had a pair of hits in game two to pace the offense. David Flowers ran his season record to 1-0 on the season, getting the win with 2 shutout innings in relief.
